How long do orders take to ship?

Shipping takes 1-5 days and depends on what method you choose during checkout. During the checkout process, you will be given several shipping options with exact delivery dates.

Can I change my address?

If you would like to submit an address change, please contact the Miracle Vet support team: https://miraclevet.com/pages/contact-us

Please note: We will do our best to change your address before it leaves the fulfillment center. However, we can't guarantee this is possible in every case. If your package is already in route, it won't be possible to change the address.

My package is lost or damaged, what can be done?

We take full responsibly for lost and damaged packages. Please contact our customer support and we will issue an immediate refund or replacement: https://miraclevet.com/pages/contact-us

Where's my package / how can I track it?

Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours or less with the exception of weekends and public holidays. 

Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided during checkout.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

No. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. 

How do I return or exchange a shipment?
